Civil war: Round 2: Part 9

Aaaaand there we go. Finally. I would have been done with this like a week ago if we hadn't got the exentsion. It made me go: "fuck yeah, now I'll definitly be done, I'm gonna take a break and play wow instead!"

In this entry I wanted to make the war feel more present, so naturally it became a bit .. well ... darker? I'm pretty happy with the overall thing, but there are some things that really drove me nuts (fixed the worst parts). Mainly some pacing here and there. And a bit worried that I made Chani too angry and not optimistic enough, but considering the circumstances I thought it would be natural for her to be a bit bitter.

Anyway, what is there else to say? I had a lot of fun with the scripting and drawing. Chani was so much fun (just hope I got her personality okay) and the White Knight was cool to. The fighting scenes with her and Lu was a true joy to draw! I did get horrible tired of the shading though. Why does digital painting have to be so incredibly boring? If I get past this round I will have to find another way to shade. :c Or skip it and do line-art instead.
